ENTRY LEVEL SALES TRAINEE

Learn the fundamentals of communication, being confident and likable while showing early results. With our training systems, we will enhance his/her natural talents while educating on the product and revenue.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities:

Learn and conduct sales.

TEAM TRAINER

The bulk of our advancement program is spent in this position. Here he/she will continue to improve on sales while learning how to train others. We provide classes on public speaking, Situational Leadership, and Personal Finances. We believe the best mentors are emotionally and financially sound, hence we teach great habits that will better his/her life.

Responsibilities:

Sales, public speaking, Teach and mentor others on sales and leadership. Create new ideas for system implementation. Assist in establishing events. SEO and branding.

ASSISTANT MANAGER

Given the driver’s seat to practice grace under pressure. He/she will learn all parts of how to run a business from financials, HR, Ad writing, and legalities. How to be effective and efficient while coaching and developing an entire division.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the Schedule, Sales, Conducting Interviews, Training the Trainer Running Meetings

CLIENT MANAGER

Overseeing all operations within the office. Making headway on our expansion plans. Creating new ideas. Meeting with all roles to give and receive feedback. Negotiating with clients and traveling for board meetings and conferences.

Interns

We treat our interns as if they were permanent employees within our firm. We require 10 weeks full-time or a part-time schedule throughout the school year for hands-on training from a personal mentor. We provide a comprehensive layout of duties with regular evaluations. The work is paid with the ability to earn a book scholarship for the following 2 semesters!

A laptop, smart phone, and a student mentality
