We are a sales company that began in January 2019.

At SHK we believe our greatest asset is our people. Therefore, everything starts with their development in entry-level. That starts in sales. Sales is the thread of our economy, communication and our livelihood.

OUR STORY

Back in 2019 (it seems so long ago, right?), we seized an opportunity in the market when some of our competitors folded on their commitments to their clients. Consequently, their clients are now our clients. Fortunately, our partners’ high demands, necessitate our assistance.

The beauty of our startup is the flexibility we have in adapting to changes in the market. Our competitive edge and top-notch training guide our success. With a few other strategies up our figurative sleeve, we have a progressive plan to expand our business within the next 3 years.

The fabric of our business is having goals so big they scare us a little and excite us a lot! So any goal that an individual sets within our company with a client or for themselves should align with being Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely.

Our team consistently forecasts substantial projections. The bigger, the better, the more concrete of a plan we set up to see it through.

The H in SHK stands for Healthy Decisions.

Our market research shows the majority of people make irrational and emotional decisions. While we cannot control other people, nor our clients’ customers (even though they wish we could) we hone in on our reliability. Within our advancement program, we teach a great deal about the habits of highly effective people.

We whole-heartedly believe the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. So when the individuals within our firm stretch to becoming the best versions of themselves, our company benefits greatly. Those effects ripple from the inside out, giving our people endless milestones to pursue.
