ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Learn the fundamentals of communication, being confident and likable while showing early results. With our training systems, we will enhance your natural talents while educating on the product and revenue.

Requirements:

Undeniable Work Ethic and an Optimistic Attitude (bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred)

Responsibilities:

Learn and conduct client acquisition sales face to face with customers.

ACCOUNT MANAGER or TEAM LEAD

The bulk of our Leadership Development is spent in this position. Here a person can opt into learning how to train others or continue to solely improve their sales. We train in Public Speaking, Situational Leadership, Personal Branding and Finances. We believe the best mentors are emotionally and financially sound, hence we teach healthy habits that will better their lives.

Requirements:

Promoted from Entry Level. Increase and Maintain weekly sales quota.

Responsibilities:

Sales. Public speaking. Participate in creating new ideas for system implementation. Assist in establishing events. SEO and branding.

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Given the driver’s seat to practice grace under pressure. You will learn all parts of how to run SHK's business from financials, HR, Ad writing, and legalities. How to be effective and efficient while coaching and developing an entire division.

Requirements:

Promoted from Team Lead. Able to manage a team of 15.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the Schedule, Sales team, Conducting Interviews, Training the Trainer, Running all Tasks and Operations.

CLIENT MANAGER

Overseeing all operations within the company. Making headway on our expansion plans. Creating new ideas. Meeting with all roles to give and receive feedback. Negotiating with clients and traveling for business meetings and leadership conferences.

Interns

We treat our interns as if they were permanent employees within our firm. We require 10 weeks full-time or a part-time schedule throughout the school year for hands-on training from a personal mentor. We provide a comprehensive layout of duties with regular evaluations. The work is paid with the ability to earn a book scholarship for the following 2 semesters!

A laptop, smart phone, and a student mentality
